On April 25, 2025, Wilson emphasized the necessity for Members of Congress to conduct oversight by visiting ICE facilities. In a tweet, she stated: “Members of Congress must conduct oversight by visiting ICE facilities across the country. We are an immigrant-rich nation, and our hardworking immigrant neighbors—who contribute so much to this country—deserve dignity and opportunity, not inhumane treatment.”
The next day, April 26, 2025, Wilson praised the success of the third annual 5000 Role Models Police and Youth ‘Little Boys Bee’ Spelling Bee in a tweet. “The 3rd annual @5000RoleModels Police and Youth ‘Little Boys Bee’ Spelling Bee was such an incredible event.
