On Friday, April 18, five former Doral Academy standouts, including Keyler Gonzalez, Matthew Corpas, Pedro Acosta, Ronny Medina and Xavier Moronta’s current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.

The game took place at Sliwa Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Monday, April 21 at 6 p.m. at Feinbloom Field against Barry Buccaneers.
