On Sunday, March 30, former Monsignor Edward Pace High School standout Angelo Prieto’s current college team, the Samford Bulldogs, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Creighton Bluejays.

The game took place at Joe Lee Griffin Field. This was their third matchup against the Bluejays this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at Sewell-Thomas Stadium against Alabama Crimson Tide.
