On Saturday, April 12, former Mater Academy Lakes High School standout Bobby Torres’ current college team, the Edward Waters Tigers, won 14-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lane Dragons.
The game took place at Hollywood Field. This was their third matchup against the Dragons this season.
The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 5 p.m. at James P. Small Memorial Park against Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.
