North Miami Beach (unincorporated) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in North Miami Beach (unincorporated) fell by $70,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 32.3% decrease over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in North Miami Beach (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Miami Beach (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,542, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
