Opa-Locka home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Opa-Locka rose by $16,450 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,700 - a 10.9% increase over the $151,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Opa-Locka in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Opa-Locka for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,407, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
