Sunny Isles Beach home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Sunny Isles Beach fell by $1,250 while total sales increased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 206 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 0.4% decrease over the $321,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 170 homes sold in Sunny Isles Beach in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Sunny Isles Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,368, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
