Bay Harbor Islands home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Bay Harbor Islands rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Bay Harbor Islands in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Bay Harbor Islands for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,979, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
