Opa-Locka (unincorporated) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Opa-Locka (unincorporated) rose by $23,050 while total sales decreased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,500 - a 8.5% increase over the $270,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Opa-Locka (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Opa-Locka (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,807, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
