West Miami home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in West Miami rose by $37,700 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $322,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in West Miami in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,442, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
