Miami Lakes home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Miami Lakes rose by $16,150 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 4.7% increase over the $343,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Miami Lakes in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Miami Lakes for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,535, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
