Opa-Locka home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Opa-Locka rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Opa-Locka in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Opa-Locka for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,407, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
