North Miami Beach home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in North Miami Beach rose by $108,500 while total sales decreased by 70.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,000 - a 173.6% increase over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 151 homes sold in North Miami Beach in September 2018.

The median sales tax in North Miami Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,966, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
