Hialeah home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Hialeah rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 138 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,500 - a 0.2% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 147 homes sold in Hialeah in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Hialeah for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,012, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
