The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Hialeah (unincorporated) rose by $27,450 while total sales decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,400 - a 17.3% increase over the $158,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Hialeah (unincorporated) in September 2018.
