Miami (unincorporated) home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 10.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 623 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 695 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Miami (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,152, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
