Doral home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Doral fell by $13,250 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $311,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Doral in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Doral for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,572, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
