Sunny Isles Beach home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Sunny Isles Beach fell by $17,000 while total sales increased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $304,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $321,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Sunny Isles Beach in September 2018.
