Biscayne Park home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Biscayne Park fell by $127,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 24.1% decrease over the $530,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Biscayne Park in September 2018.
