Miami Shores home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Miami Shores fell by $64,700 while total sales decreased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $532,800 - a 10.8% decrease over the $597,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Miami Shores in September 2018.
