Bal Harbour home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Bal Harbour rose by $240,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $760,000 - a 46.2% increase over the $520,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Bal Harbour in September 2018.
