Miami Dade County issued the following announcement on Nov. 10.
Biscayne Bay is one of our most precious natural resources, and Miami-Dade County partnered with The Miami Foundation on the Protect Biscayne Bay specialty license plate.
Florida residents voted and the favorite specialty plate design has been selected. Proceeds from the sales of the winning specialty plate will go to the Miami Foundation and will be used for education and conservation.
Three thousand plates must be pre-sold with pre-sale vouchers to help get the specialty license plate into Statewide circulation and sale. Get your pre-sale voucher online, in person or by mail.
