Miami Dade County recently issued the following announcement.
The Division of Environmental Resources Management (DERM) is hosting the 19th Roundtable, a virtual Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) meeting for food service establishments and related businesses.
This FOG Roundtable will focus on helping businesses to understand grease discharge operating permit requirements and how to avoid penalties, unnecessary fines and costly repairs, so that they may succeed and save money. The agenda will cover:
- Electronic Plan Review process
- Occupational License/Certificate of Use process
- Who requires a FOG control device
- Construction inspections
- Compliance inspections, and
- Q & A session
