January 2022: Home prices in Miramar increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Miramar rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 4.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 153 homes sold in Miramar in January 2021.

The median sales tax in Miramar for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,460, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
