The commercial property at 1 S. Royal Poinciana Blvd., Miami Springs was sold on Jan. 26 by Florida Conference Association of Seventh Day Adventists a Florida Non Profit Corp. for $2,800,000. The buyer was Flagler Ponce Development LLC a Florida LLC.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $27,237.49, 0.97% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Miami Springs as of this publication.
