On Oct. 27, Pedro A. and Daumel Diaz, Dunia Gonzalez and Hernandez Alfreda Y Rosas sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 806 Jann Ave., Opa-Locka to Alexander J Van Mecl for $350,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,158.11, 0.9% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 16, 2015 for $170,000.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Opa-Locka as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Pedro Antonio Diaz has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 806 Jann Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Paul Helverth Atencio Chanini, 44, Alfreda Yolanda Rosas Hernandez, 79, and Pedro Antonio Diaz, 82.
