So far in September 2021, three properties sold in Miami Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jason Douglas Hamwey has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1249 Bluebird Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lara Desouza-Hamwey, 43, Peter F. McGrane, 77, and Jason Douglas Hamwey, 47.
