The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9241 Carlyle Ave., Surfside was sold on July 21 by Alan Currie and Lourdes Romero for $830,000. The buyers were Dovber and Ruth Wachtel.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $10,261. This is 1.24% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Surfside as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dovber Wachtel has been registered to vote since 2017. Lourdes Romero has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 9241 Carlyle Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dovber Wachtel, 36, Lourdes Romero, 77, and Jelena Ley Petkovic, 41.
