The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,664.61, 0.95% of the sale price of the home.

So far in June 2021, four properties sold in Surfside.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Felicia Gorodetzky, 95, was the only registered voter residing at 8855 Collins Ave. 6B as of Oct. 10, 2020.
