The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $7,710.57, 1.24% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2021, five properties sold in Surfside.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mara Joan Siegal, 66, was the only registered voter residing at 9225 Collins Ave. 501 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
