On May 27, Peter and Henry Luria, Nancy Luria Cohen and Luria Irrevocable Agreement Gloria (qualified personal residence trust) sold their three bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home at 7774 Fisher Island Drive 7774, Miami (unincorporated) to Facorp Inc. for $8,700,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $78,218.83. This is 0.9% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2021, 55 properties sold in Miami (unincorporated).

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gloria Luria, 95, was the only registered voter residing at 7774 Fisher Island Drive 7774 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
