Home prices decreased in Hialeah (unincorporated) during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Hialeah (unincorporated) fell by $111,500 while total sales increased by 1300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,500 - a 35.9% decrease over the $311,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hialeah (unincorporated) in August 2020.
