Miami Gardens median home prices fell by 14% in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Miami Gardens fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 3150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,500 - a 14% decrease over the $322,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Miami Gardens in August 2020.
