Pricing for the median home in Opa-Locka increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Opa-Locka rose by $91,000 while total sales increased by 157.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,500 - a 57.4% increase over the $158,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Opa-Locka in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Opa-Locka for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,155, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
