June 2021: North Miami Beach experienced a 2.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in North Miami Beach fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 255.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,500 - a 2.8% decrease over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in North Miami Beach in June 2020.

The median sales tax in North Miami Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,717, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
