The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Miami rose by $71,400 while total sales increased by 199.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 914 homes sold, with a median sale price of $388,400 - a 22.5% increase over the $317,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 305 homes sold in Miami in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,178, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
