Rising home prices in West Miami in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in West Miami rose by $148,900 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,000 - a 44.3% increase over the $336,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in West Miami in June 2020.

The median sales tax in West Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,225, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
