Pricing for the median home in Bal Harbour increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Bal Harbour rose by $215,000 while total sales increased by 312.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $710,000 - a 43.4% increase over the $495,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bal Harbour in June 2020.
