How did home prices perform in Opa-Locka during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Opa-Locka rose by $37,050 while total sales increased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,550 - a 19.6% increase over the $189,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Opa-Locka in the second quarter of 2020.
