The second quarter of 2021: Hialeah experienced a 8.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hialeah fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 86.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 573 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 307 homes sold in Hialeah in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hialeah for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,396, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
