Opa-Locka (unincorporated) home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Opa-Locka (unincorporated) rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 39.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,500 - a 5.3% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Opa-Locka (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2020.
