Pinecrest median home prices rose by 68.2% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Pinecrest rose by $532,000 while total sales increased by 127.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 184 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,312,000 - a 68.2% increase over the $780,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Pinecrest in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pinecrest for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,897, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
