Median home prices in Kendall rose to $1,000,000 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Kendall rose by $677,250 while total sales decreased by 95.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,000,000 - a 209.8 percent increase over the $322,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in Kendall in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Kendall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,333, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for April.
