April: Miami (unincorporated) experienced a 136.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Miami (unincorporated) rose by $451,500 while total sales decreased by 97 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $782,500 - a 136.4 percent increase over the $331,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 725 homes sold in Miami (unincorporated) in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Miami (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,634, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for April.
