April: Home prices in Miami Beach fell

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Miami Beach fell by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 68.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 151 homes sold, with a median sale price of $510,000 - a 7.3 percent decrease from the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 482 homes sold in Miami Beach in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Miami Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,352, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for April.
