FMU soccer falls to top-ranked team in NAIA

Florida Memorial (0-5, 0-4) dropped a road conference match to the top ranked team in the NAIA, Keiser Univ. by the score of 11-0 in Sun Conference action.

The team used a new starting 11 as it continues to build chemistry and gel together.

New FMU goalkeeper Oneilia Yearde made a season-high 15 saves but allowed 11 goals in the loss.

The Lions return to action on Saturday, October 15 as they host Ave Maria in conference play. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. at Broward College South Campus.
