NOTEWORTHY:
Fusari led the Bucs with eight points, while Jackson added five.
Taylor Fowler led the Bucs with four rebounds.
Lola Pendande led the 'Canes with 17 points, while Destiny Harden had 11 and Haley Cavinder and Lazaria Spearman each added 10.
Harden and Spearman led Miami on the boards with nine each.
Miami's press was the difference maker as they out-scored Barry 32-3 off of turnovers.
The much taller Hurricanes also led 56-8 in paint points.
ON THE HORIZON:
The Bucs open the regular season at the SSC/GSC Crossover Tournament in Rome, Ga., taking on Shorter and Christian Brothers.
