Enjoy a live dance performance from New World School of the Arts students and participate in a guided yoga session with Nzingah, a Haitian-American holistic health consultant, plant-based chef, 500 hr celebrity yoga teacher, award-winning blogger, doula and motivational speaker.
Yoga mats will be provided or you can bring your own mat.
