Miami, FL – Congressman Mario Díaz-Balart (FL-26) will be hosting his 16th annual Service Academy Day on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. The event will take place at the U.S. Southern Command in Doral, FL.
During Service Academy Day, representatives from the U.S. Naval, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Military, U.S. Merchant Marine, and U.S. Coast Guard Academies will be present to meet and inform prospective students about the educational and career opportunities available at the service academies.
"We are excited to host our 16th annual Service Academy Day and provide students with valuable information about the various service academies," said Congressman Mario Díaz-Balart. "This event is a great opportunity for young individuals who are interested in serving our country to learn more about the options available to them."
The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET and will feature presentations and discussions led by representatives from each academy. Prospective students will have the opportunity to ask questions, gather information, and gain a better understanding of the application process and requirements.
