Tomorrow, Congressman Mario Díaz-Balart will host an event in Ave Maria to honor first responders from the Collier County Sheriff's Office, the Immokalee Fire Control District, and the Collier County Emergency Medical Services. The event aims to recognize their efforts in saving Manuel Milanés Pizonero and apprehending a suspect who posed a threat to a mother and her four children.
Congressman Díaz-Balart expressed his appreciation for these individuals' bravery. "The courageous and selfless efforts of our first responders keep our community safe," he stated.
The event will feature notable figures such as Sheriff Kevin Rambosk from Collier County, Fire Chief Michael J. Choate of the Immokalee Fire Control District, and Division Chief Tony Camps from Collier County Emergency Medical Services. First responders from both the Collier County Sheriff's Office and the Immokalee Fire Control District will also be present.
